Customer Service here is terrible. Today when I was checking out because I have complained before rightfully, three employees giggled and whispered about me off to the side. I had to call a representative from High Life farms to get the proper explanation and customer service I needed. This is regarding labeling with the flower. If KAM could have taken the time to explain it to me like the highlife Farms representative did, then we wouldn't have had a problem. Sadly he wanted to be mean from the moment I had an issue. To just look at me with a smug face and say nope they're the same and not explain anything when it is very confusing, which the representative at the high life farms agreed that it is very confusing. But apparently I'm the one who is the problem so I'm no longer allowed to come in the store. If you could see the way I am treated when I come in the store the last few months. You would wonder why I have even been coming back. I spend about $400 here a month and have been for a few years! They don't deserve my business. They have so many people coming in and out of the door that they could care less about you as a customer in store. One corporate fellow has tried to correct the situation and has apologized to me for how I am treated in the store after reviewing video footage, but it's continued. I would feel anxiety just going in there. I deal with documented PTSD, severe anxiety, nightmare disorder, and fibromyalgia. So all of this has affected me in a negative way. I feel like I'm discriminated against for these things because some of the staff has been so obviously rude and quiet since I've complained and expected customer service that the air changes. I even tipped $2 today when I don't have money to tip tip tip everyone!!!! While they huddled and laughed at me. I asked for Lucas even, the manager that has customer service skills and I could only talk to KAM. He didn't and wouldn't explain anything to me and didn't feel like he owed me an explanation. KAM was ready to come out and be an embarrassment to the company. He was cold and had nothing but hate in his eyes towards me even when I cried when I asked him to talk outside and felt I was being cheated due to discrepancies with labeling and companies. I wish KAM would have asked me to go outside and explained to me what was going on and assured me that the product I was getting wasn't mislabeled and actually did come from high life Farms. He could've explained the logistics of it just a little. Somebody could of this whole time. I thought I was being bait and switched. So I acted up because I think I'm being robbed and not one of them could put a brain together to tell me I actually wasn't AND WHY! The WHY mattered here. So that's that. I don't have this problem anywhere else in the marijuana industry. âď¸ Thanks to Gina at HLF who helped me finally understand what the...
Read moreOh, where do I even start? Rolling into town after a country-wide escapadeâfrom the chilly vibes of Lansing, Michigan, all the way to the sizzling streets of Albuquerque, New Mexicoâwe stumbled upon Lume, purely by proximity and sheer exhaustion. Enter stage right: Jeremy, aka Moose, the Gandalf of shop tenders, wielding not a staff but an uncanny ability to brighten your day (and believe me, our day needed some serious brightening).
First off, Moose is the kind of chap you can't help but want to buy a bag of candy fromâeven if it means shelling out 14 bucks, which, letâs be honest, I haven't done since the sugar rush of '03. Best decision ever? Absolutely. That candy had me reminiscing about the good ol' days quicker than you can say "Sweet Tooth".
And donât get me started on the Lume bountyâholy smokes, indeed! The herb here? So smooth, it takes me back to '96, cruising through Cali, where the air was as free as the market. I'm all about globetrotting and hitting every legal joint from here to Timbuktu, but Lume in Michigan? It's my new home base. No more shop hopping for me. The vibe, the cultivationâit's like discovering a rare gem in a sea of stones.
Big shout-out to Moose for making Lume the highlight of my shop-trotting adventures. Thanks to him, I've got some serious evangelizing to do about this place. Catch me here at Lume, folksâwhere the joints are smooth, the candyâs sweet, and Moose is the...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION.
We love lume, but will no longer be using delivery services specifically from this location. We have tried 2x to get deliveries in a span of a few months and both times itâs been messed up, no communication and they donât let us know if our order has been canceled. In addition, whenever we call to get the issue resolved they simply ignore that we were not at fault, and tell us they canât do anything to help. I recommend lume highly, just not this location for delivery.
Update as of 1/10/2024 We attempted to order again, this time we ordered early when they opened, and then we tried calling since we never got updated on our order. We emailed, to try to cancel our order, she had someone from the store call us. When they called us they informed us that their driver called off today, which I understand they cannot control but at no point did they ever notify us that our order would not go through because of this. This is the third and last time I will attempt doing this, this store has absolutely no regard for deliveries. The management also doesnât seem to care about any of this or attempt to apologize or do anything about helping us figure out how to do this differently or how we can have a better experience here. Go to a different lume that cares about...
