Any pickup at 1050 36th St SE Suite 350 is actually Columbian. Every time I’ve been here on time and check in, they tell me that I’m late by at least 5 hours and inform me that they’ll try to work me in—it will be at least another 6 or 8 hours before they call with a door assignment, IF they have loaders available. Sure, tell that to the other 11 drivers waiting with me, we’re all “late”. Columbian just can’t do the job, so they invent “you’re late” to save themselves detention time. Our driver arrived at 10:35 for his 11:00 appointment and was told he would be a "work in". Even if this was a broker error, it still took this company until AFTER midnight to unload our driver. When they finally decided to unload our driver, it only took 30 minutes. It's appalling that they treated our driver as if he didn't matter nor his time. NO place is too busy to not unload a driver and take OVER 13 hours.

No employee there seemed to find it of any importance to "squeeze" our driver in and make another truck wait for 30 minutes so they could unload our driver any earlier. We will...
