Rob didn’t make us feel pressured we simply explained what we liked and what we were looking for in a new couch gave measurements and he pointed us in the right direction. We purchased a power reclining sofa from AK Furniture Solutions. Sam was wonderful to work with. He answered all our questions and never pressured us. He texted us to let us know our sofa had arrived ( two weeks after we purchased). Delivery was scheduled for two days later. Alex and Tim delivered the sofa and they were friendly and polite.
