Ralph's Food Fair — Local services in Grayson

First impressions, not great. Maybe it might seem good if you've never been to a nice grocery store, but it's definitely not a place I would frequent.

Produce looks... questionable. I've eaten some dodgy fruits and vegetables in my time, but some of the offerings (especially the bananas) had me side-eyeing what was on display.

Deli deems close to nonfunctional. Lights are off, no one is there, hot case is nearly empty save for a few odds and ends that look like they've been there a while. The bagged fried chicken looks especially sketchy.

Other product selection is also nothing to write home about. Lots of empty space on shelves, like the store is either relocating or going out of business. They seem to emphasise store brand merchandise to the detriment of more recognisable nationwide brands.

Prices are bad. I know the price of everything is constantly going up, but we're talking 50% increase over the exact same products at Walmart. You'd probably save money despite driving an hour each way.

The store itself has seen better days. Hard to tell if those spots on the floor are stains or dirt, but it looks pretty rundown and in desperate need of a remodel.

Overall, it's basically an oversized convenience store with prices to match, except without the 24 hour access that makes the higher prices worth it. Probably...

Ralph's food fair is a great local store always have the items you want in stock if not they're always willing to get the items that you want and they will have it next time you come back we'll definitely recommend to any family friends and anybody who wants a good items at a great price The last sale that was going on from Ralph's was great They had a great deal on pop chips bread you name it everything in the store was a great deal after this last sale I'm stocked up on Pop I shouldn't need nothing for a long time thanks Ralph's for having great sales I would definitely recommend Ralph's to all family and friends who needs some great shopping for groceries and household items as well or even a fast great...

This is nothing to do with the store itself, but one of the managers working there is an extremely vile human being. He treated my mother like a criminal when she was walking around the store just looking. My mother bought over $400 worth of products and the manager was being very rude and treating her like she wasn’t human. Just for the horrible customer service, I pray no one else has to deal with that manager who lacks common respect. If I could give negative stars, I would. Learn how to treat people with respect and please hire managers who can actually act...
