I am really pleased to write this very honest and heartfelt review. We recently had to provide end of life treatment on our two 12 year old bulldogs. Their passing left us heartbroken and shattered. My husband wanted something he could wear that would hold ashes while also looking fashionable. We chose the Tristan leather bracelet with an engraved name-plate. The order processing was very easy and it arrived rather quickly. Unfortunately when it arrived the package was missing the filling kit and instructions and the engraving was faded in certain parts. I immediately called customer service and to my surprise they had a live answering service - important it was January 2nd so many businesses were still closed for the holiday. I left a message and supplemented the same with an email to customer service with photos (just to cover all bases). What happened next was even more a surprise. I received an immediate reply with the most sincerest of apologies. Hallie acknowledge the error, didn’t make any excuses, and made it right. Then she went above and beyond by asking if she could send us a small gift in addition… needing only a photo of our babies. (We actually shared a few emails back and forth with her sharing pictures of her own bulldogs). I told her I didn’t have a great photo of them together but each separately. I sent them not sure what exactly would come of it. Three short days later, we received our replacement bracelet (perfect this time) with the filling kit and instructions. As for the gift - a stainless steel keychain with both our babies faces etched to perfection. Their expressions captured right there!!! My heart swelled and tears were unstoppable at this point. I really wanted to provide this detailed review because I believe it is the kind the reflects the true heart and professionalism of this company. Things can go wrong and that is when you’re character is best revealed. Everlasting Memories not only offers great product(s), which they clearly do, but they also treat their customers like gold!

I lost my dear cat and soul mate recently and wanted to find the best and most dignified urns and urn products to honor him. I’m in Canada and have the options I found here did not seem to match what I was hoping for (urn jewelry, etc). I found evrmemories by a web search for memorial items. I’m always cautious especially when ordering from another country. Hallie at evrmemories was amazing with her prompt replies to my questions, her empathy and her talent in helping me pick items. Hallie and her great customer service were the main reasons I made my purchases.

For the items themselves and shipping (1 star):

The items arrived separately from different locations and arrived later than expected after I chose the highly expedited usps service. Customs processing may have contributed to the delay and I did receive an unexpected $37 customs charge to receive a jewellery item.

My biggest disappointment was the condition upon arrival and the packaging. After spending over $700 Cdn on everything I received the large urn in a non descript box and the small jewelry items were in inexpensive jewelry cases and as seen in the picture arrived shattered and bent. The upgraded chain for my pendant was just in a simply tiny ziploc type bag. Perhaps I was expecting too much but it just didn’t match with the amazing service by Hallie and the nice catalog photos and...

I can't say enough good things about this company. After looking at horrible reviews for the company the funeral home referred me to for keepsake & cremation jewelry, I found Everlasting Memories & am so grateful for the work they do. I ordered several items - the Solid Silver Remembrance Fingerprint Coin, the Double Print Women's White Gold Ring, and the Silver & Black Drop of Hope Necklace. The quality of each item was outstanding & simply beautiful. The whole process was made simple & easy, which is a huge blessing during a time of grieving. I had my husband's prints from the funeral home, and they sent me a collection kit for my own, as well as a ring sizer. Production & delivery was incredibly fast. I had contacted them to inquire on the status of my ring, and although not expecting to have it in time for the service, preferred to have it by then. I received an almost immediate phone call, letting me know the order had been prioritized. I believe that was Thursday or Friday & I received my ring that Monday...well in advance of Friday's service.
