Subway — Restaurant in Great Falls

Dear owner, Please Check camera 2019-02-08 between 7-7:45pm. When i ordered she was talking on her cellphone. She placed her cellphone on her shoulders while talking which is completely unacceptable way at working place especially at front.

2 I asked her if she could put the phone on side but she refused.

Asked her if she could change gloves again she refused and gave a dam bad look 😡. Because while making my sandwich she touched her cellphone repeatedly with gloves on. Which is straight a matter of food contamination. I left right away without sandwich which I really did not want it at all after seeing unsafe food handling.

The 2 younger guys working nice and accommodating. Sat I ordered a protein bowl asked the gentleman if he'd mind slicing the meat so I could easily eat my salad in my truck. He said no took the 35 seconds extra and looked out. Sunday same order, same staff but with an old guy from Godfathers pizza, goes on a rant,AFTER the guy said again he wouldn't mind slicing the meat, his boss says we're not supposed to cut the meat even if u ask. Just another example of great customer service in this country in 2024. How he acted about something so simple, I'd never spend at this subway again. This is the only subway in the country who will refuse to cut the meat on a salad so u can actually eat...

Stopped into the Circle K to pick something up, and decided to pick up Subway at the same time. This place is a joke. The prep counter was a disaster, and the guy that was working the counter walked past me 3 different times, and didn't even acknowledge that I was at the counter waiting. He just kept walking behind the wall, and disappearing. I waited almost 10 minutes, and no one had helped or acknowledged me, so I left. Luckily there are other places to eat around here.
