terrible rink. dressing rooms 3 and 4 are beside each other and have no roof and it's easy to hear the people in those dressing rooms. walls are made of wood and they're pretty tight rooms. it's pretty cold and the heaters aren't on most of the time. the ice is chippy (holes and cracks) and the boards are at an angle. some glass panes don't even line up together and aren't even screwed into the glass. the washrooms are at the far end of the rink and they smell disgusting. our coach got a pretzel from the concession for $8. This is why the concession is expensive. There is a corner on the ice where the ice goes in a slope down. a kid got stuck in there and couldn't move. this is also a rink with a weird location. please bring a helmet if your going to...

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked my daughter's 9th birthday party well in advance and then found out through a Facebook post that there were tournaments all day that same day with no open skate available. I spent $65 for custom invitations. I have called repeatedly to ask what is going on but the phone is never answered now. I have a large handful or disappointed 3rd graders who had their hearts set on ice skating and no one can take the time to call me and tell me they double booked her party. It is a very fun and relaxing place but I think they need to manage some people on the ice going to fast and hurting people if they want to speed they need to do it another time no need to go full speed especially with all the children in there.Wish that they were open more often or even longer for community skate.The reason speed is the problem I was just there and I saw some lady get smashed a young man that was speed skating I don't think that is right at all what if it was your child and not an adult how would you feel then..But otherwise my family loves to go there.I think y'all need to make some rules for community skating to where it is a little...
