I was “helped” by Stephanie unfortunately. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful in every way. Before I can even finish saying hello, she asked for my ID and handed it back in a very smug way without even looking at me. Then as I was looking at the case options she just starts clicking her fingernails on the countertop in a very impatient manner like I was an inconvenience to her. Not once did she offer any suggestions or ask any questions to help and narrow down my decision. She just kept looking at the ceiling and acting annoyed that I was there. I went to this location because it's closer for me to drive to, but I would rather drive 10 minutes out of town for my purchase then stop at this shop and be treated like that. I love this brand and it’s products, but that is not someone who should be dealing with customer interactions.

I'm a regular, spend over a hundred a week. Normally I LOVE this place. Great products, and prices. James is the man to see. Some other kid today, I tried to ask when they get more weed. Just came in for a pre-roll. My husband and I just attended an appointment at an earlier date to meet with a neurosurgeon about pain in my back and right leg. She recommended me to have Unicorn Poop and I was able to get this while I was visiting after my appointment and she helped me able to return to work the next day.
