I am very unhappy about Jenny's attitude after I asked her to adjust my haircut when the haircut she gave me was clearly uneven; hair butchered! Not only she is an unprofessional hair stylist, but also she doesn't have a professional attitude; she sent me a text, and in the text threatened me that if I wanted a refund, I shouldn't put a bad review about what happened. I wanted to upload a picture of my hair so people could see what she did with my hair, but unfortunately, there is no option to upload a picture with the review. By the way, I haven't got my refund back till now!!!
In response to Jenni, I should say that I got a haircut twice from Jella, and she did a great job the first time. For the second time, she didn't give the haircut that I wanted, and when I politely asked her to adjust my hair, she did it but just gave me the feeling that she became upset of me even though I didn't want to hurt her feeling! That's why I didn't want her to give me the haircut this time, and I asked for Robin, but unfortunately, Robin had moved to Arizona, so I asked you to give me haircut, and you did terrible job and you admitted that my haircut was uneven, so you told me that after a few days I can come back for adjustment, but when I called you to make appointment for adjustment, you said that you and all ladies there are booked for whole week, and it gave me this feeling that you don't want to take the responsibility for your bad job! I also asked Casey to help in this matter, and adjust my hair, but she said she is booked until March; most probably she didn't want to help! If Jella and Casey also think that by asking them to adjust my haircut, I treated them poorly, it shows that all you ladies have unprofessional attitude!!! Probably because i pointed out the managers Faults Claim of having kicking me and my cousin out for being rude. Long story short... So i went there to get my hair dyed all pink. I was told Melissa said she can do it. She made it a low ombrĂ©. I told her about it. I came back to get it done again and all she did was raise the ombrĂ©. I explained that once again i wanted it all pink she said she just didnât want to do it going so i walked out looking like a mess(see the pictures on my page). I came back later that day to talk to her and the manager. I tried explaining what happened, she made changes with out talking to about it first & id want at Least half a refund and kept getting talked over from Melissa and the manager. Melissa stated that the reason why she didnât do the bold pink is because she Personally doesnât like how it looks when it grows out and that i looked like i couldnât afford the whole head bleach and dye.    Read moreI want to start by saying I have a hard time posting bad reviews because I truly think everyone has bad days. Melisa was my stylist and she was doing a move up on my hand tied hair extensions, hidden bead method, that were very overgrown from have scheduling issues with my previous stylist. We had great conversation and got along great! She was a little heavy handed but did a good job and toned my hair back to the nice cool blonde I love. My issues and reason for the poor review are about the next appointment. I have three children under 6 and a husband who works unpredictable hours. We scheduled a later appointment so I could come without them and I ended up having to push it back 30 minutes, which she said was no problem at all when I let her know hours in advance. While on my way I got stuck in traffic which I later realized was a wreck. I once again let her know the situation. I received a text 10 minutes later once I was only 2 miles from the salon saying that she couldnât wait any longer and she apologized. No big deal it happens and I get it. Only I texted her a total of five more times over the course of the next week to reschedule and apologizing again, despite it being out of my hands, with no response. Completely ghosted me. I have waited patiently for almost 15 minutes after my appointment time because she had someone else in the chair.
