Starbucks — Restaurant in Greeley

I love Starbucks, I am such an addict to it, I float around for work so I always look forward to my drink, today unfortunately was not a good day. I had my spouse go and pick my coworkers drinks up for a treat and when I got it everything about them was wrong, I did do a mistake of forgetting to tell them to have one of them warm, so I drove right over there on my lunch to get them all corrected, one of the matcha was a very ugly dull green color, it looked grey, and one was just supposed to be warm and the other was added cream when it was supposed to be just a basic black ice coffee. They didn’t even take a sip of their coffee. When I walked in, they are gave me such a nasty look, especially the pixie cut girl, I told them the situation. They really seemed so bothered as if I ruined their day and it was the end of the world the pixie hair lady gave me such an annoyed toned and said “you need to go over there.” And THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. So I spent 17 dollars on the first order that just wasn’t right nor liked and they still charged me for the full amount for the second order because it wasn’t their fault at all on what happened and it was my husband. I will never be going back to this location and I did tell my whole clinic about this location. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable being in there, every location that I’ve experienced the same will remake it for me and not be so rude about it. Over 30 dollars on drinks that could easily...

My boyfriend and I order a very specific drink Venti, iced brown sugar shaken espresso, 2 pumps white mocha, 1 pump cinnamon dolce, extra caramel drizzle & cinnamon dolce sprinkles. He does 4 of chai instead of white mocha and cinnamon dolce pumps (TRY THESE DRINKS-AMAZING) we used to go to Starbies on 35th but they were so inconsistent. I’d have to take my drink back in. I hate being that person but if I’m spending almost $9/drink, I want it to taste right. Ever since they built this location we have gone there, they’re ALWAYS consistent and make our drinks so perfectly. I wanna first start off by saying that the staff are all very friendly and the store is clean. The problem is this is the least consistent location I’ve ever been to. They seem to be reusing their tea bags when brewing black tea. I’ve had my black tea “remade” but it still comes back very light in color like green tea. The tea just tastes like water. I’ve talked to the staff and they say they think the tea bags are not all the same weight from the factory for that effect the product. I’m not sure if this true. I’m just unhappy I cannot justify spending money at my local Starbucks that’s just down the street from my house. I used to go every day and spending $10-20 a visit and then I cut down to once a week. Now I’d rather just save the money or go...
