Long Lake Marina — Local services in Green Lake Township

Horrible service, no follow through on sale, and when i came in he was rude and disrespectful, i would not recommend this company to anyone, went to classic motor sports and was blown away on how helpful and respectful there were compared to my Experience with Long Lake Marina, plus classic has better sales and prices, would've gave a 0 star but the option was not available,

We are shocked on how poor this company has treated us over the weekend took our pontoon in to get fixed bc steering cable broke “under warrenty” they told us we ran into a sand bar bc there was a sand spot on the back of the boat from the kids then refused to fix the boat and said we had to pay have had nothing but problems with this boat.. ALSO during storage they hit the prop against something and we called to get them to fix it took our name and number down and never herd back until we brought the boat in today and they denied they hit the prop as we have pictures from may when we uncovered the boat after we go it back!!!! NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GET YOUR BOAT STORED HERE THEY WE HIT YOUR BOAT AGAINST THINGS AND...

Helpful and friendly when buying parts, but most definitely do not recommend for service. They do not follow through or do work as discussed/authorized, When they did work other than what was discussed or authorized we were charged for it even though it did not fix the problem. They are very expensive, there can be a significant increase/variation in costs from quotes to actual work done. In my experience they cannot diagnose problems correctly. Everytime we brought our boat in they told us something different and wanted to charge us for it. We finally brought it to another repair shop and found the actual problem was something completely different than what Long Lake...
