Ivy Tech Community College Greencastle — Local services in Greencastle

I was a student this last year and it was absolutely awful! Granted there are some really helpful, and outstanding teachers here, but the advisors and front desk receptionist are a joke. My advisor acts as if answering a question over email is such a hassle, and that she couldn't possibly deal with me. She told me I had to make an appointment for one question, mind you I am a very busy girl with alot to do, as I'm sure most people are. I completely understand if I was bombarding her with questions, but it was one simple question. On top of that the advisors never seem to know what they're talking about and have you running around in circles trying to figure everything out. I even went to the front desk asking to set up an appointment with my advisor and the lady was very rude and replied " cant you just do that online? " Its your job to do this type of stuff! Who cares if I can do it online or not. I can do it right here just as easy. People told me not to go to this Ivy Tech, but I did anyway and wish I never had. I do not recommend this school.
