I arrived with my daughter, the male called me and start filing my nails . I was looking through their prices. I ask him how much was the full set with gel he said 43 although their price list said 40. Then he ask me what shaped I wanted and I said I want coffin shaped, and he said that would be 5 dollars extra . And I show him his brochure that said 40 dollars . He start looking up . And I ask him are you annoyed by me asking you prices? And he said yes. And stood up from his chair and told me to leave . That he was not going to do my nails . I would never recommend this place. I had a pedicure a few days ago which was fine, but he had to stop to have someone help him complete it. I was okay with that, not a problem. Before I left I made an appointment for my nails. I discussed multiple times what I wanted and what I didn’t want. They tested the color and told me they could. I came back for my appointment and suddenly they couldn’t do what they said and wanted to take off all my nails and charge me for a new full set when I just had gotten a new set (there was no need for a new one). I have been going to this place for a couple years! Always enjoy my services and always happy with my nails there! I have gone to other nail places and came out absolutely hating my nails! Never ever do I leave not pleased from Ivy Nails! I am loving the new upgrades and remodel changes that are happening right now! They always make sure if you have problems or are not happy to please come back and let them make it right! Good customer service and excellent job on all the services from eyebrows to pedicures to manicures! Wait times are never long either 20-30 min at most! Come on in and give em a try!
