Miller's Furniture — Local services in Greenfield Township

My husband and I bought a bedroom set back in December2023 (plus mattress). For the amount of money we spent on this I’m very disappointed in the customer service we’ve seen so far. It’s may 14th right now and we still don’t have our furniture. now I will say that they informed us that it could be an 8-16 week wait because the furniture is handmade, which I was prepared for. We’re on week 20 now and we’re suppose to be getting our furniture Thursday (May16th). We just took all of our old things out of our room and now are living like college students again with all our s* thrown in our closet and mattress on the floor, for them to call and tell us that it will be yet another week. Now I don’t normally go write a bad review for things because I understand that stuff happens, but when they tell us that our things are there but they can’t deliver them because something went wrong with someone else’s order and they came first , really just irks me the wrong way. When someone spend over $10,000 on something and it’s there I feel like you should make it a priority to get it to that customer. I will never be buying form this place again. I’ll go straight to the Amish and leave the middle man out. Lesson learned

The owner contacted my husband a day after I made the original review and was able to get our furniture to us by the following Monday. I appreciate them rectifying the situation, but It’s sad that it takes us leaving a 1 star review for them to do the right thing. I have been a customer of Miller’s Amish Furniture for many years. I love the furniture store and the people who work there. I recently purchased a couch and three chairs manufactured by Smith Brothers.The quality of the furniture is unbeatable and it’s made in the USA. Luceeta helped me with fabric selections. She spent a lot of time with me and I really appreciated her experience and background in design services. She is really good! She did not pressure me to make a decision and she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my selections and I am. I love my new furniture! I highly recommend Miller’s Amish furniture if you want a pleasant experience, quality furniture and like employees who are experienced in the furniture business! Kudos to the guys who delivered the furniture too. They were professional and very friendly. They unwrapped the furniture, placed it where I wanted it and cleaned everything up when they left. My husband and I have been married almost 35 years, and have never had a new bedroom suit. When we decided it was time, we wanted the best...and that's exactly what we got. Our bedroom furniture is exquisite!

Miller's is blessed to have outstanding people working for them. Many thanks to Marcy, who walked us through the ordering process and was always available to answer questions. She was gracious and lovely to work with. Keith and Alex delivered and set up our bedroom. They were professional, and took care of our furniture like it was their own. And of course, thanks to the craftsmen who did such a beautiful job creating every piece.
