Texas Roadhouse — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

Wonderful! We walked in and the extremely friendly staff seated us right away. The booth we sat in was very clean. Our server was on point! Very kind and friendly. It almost felt as if she was reading our minds. She knew what we wanted without us even asking.

I ordered the 6oz sirloin with a sweet potato and a side salad with blue cheese dressing. And my daughter had the All-America burger with fries. It was wonderful. The sirloin was cooked perfectly to order, juicy and tender. The sweet potato was perfect with the right amount of butter and brown sugar. The salad was excellent. The lettuce was crispy. It had delicious cherry tomato, cheese, hard boiled eggs and crunchy croutons. The blue cheese dressing made it scrumptious. My daughter loved her burger and fries. She said it was perfect.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our meal and the service. We recommend this texas road house and will be back again!

The difference between take out and dine in is night and day. I don't ever recommend take out from here. They slop your food into the containers. And you don't even get everything you pay for. I am not the type to call and complain. BUT, when you've spent $100. On take out that's deserves a manager knowing the difference between there dining services. The manager was extremely understanding and acknowledged the fact that their take out services were struggling. She definitely made things right with us. I will only ever eat in there though. UPDATE 10/4/24 Everything was excellent but the best part was our server. Nick was the best server we've had at any restaurant in a very very long time! He had our refills before we even had to ask. Our food was hot and we got plenty of rolls. He was extremely attentive, he deserved every penny of the 30% we tipped him! This has nothing to do with our server, Nick, but there is one negative I feel I need to mention and I mention this all the time. I wish they were open for lunch every day instead of waiting until 3pm to open thru the week. I feel like it would definitely be worth it for them to consider. Personally, we would eat there allot more if we could go for lunch instead of dinner.

UPDATE 1/17/24/ Everything was very good, food was hot and service was great. The only thing I didn't like was my friend and I both got the same thing, wish I'd taken picture, ribs. Mine were a little charred on the end and hers looked like they were all ribs from the center, meaning I had natural tapered end but the other were much bigger with lots more meat as if someone cut off the ends of a rack and just served the middle section

I don’t even know how to describe how appreciative I am of their kindness. It’s Christmas Eve and like many families, we reluctantly made the decision to forego celebrating with family, including my disabled father who lives alone. I told my dad I would bring him his Christmas present and told him to order whatever he wanted from Texas Road House (his favorite) and I would pick it up. However, on my way to his house, the light flurries we were having turned into a snow storm that quickly made it unsafe to get to him, especially with my toddler in the back seat. I called dad to tell him that I was not going to be able to make it then I called the restaurant to tell them I will not be picking up his food and to just give it to someone. When Ryan got on the phone, I decided last minute to see if there was any way anyone there can take the food to him since he lives very close. With 0 hesitation, he said “sure, we can run it over to him” then asked for his address. About 15 minutes later, a female manager (unfortunately didn’t catch her name) showed up at his house with the food. I asked them both for their Venmo/cash app so I can tip them. They both declined and just said “it’s the spirit of the holidays” and acted like it was no big deal.
