Where to start? I called to order flowers for the mother of a friend. I realized after I called that I did not have an address, and wasn't even sure of the name. Thank goodness Gina answered! I blurted out my situation and with a smile you could hear through the phone asked me to tell her what I did know. She knew instantly who I was speaking of and said "We will run those out in just a little bit!" This was already over the top first class customer service....then less than an hour later, my friend sent me a picture of the flowers. One of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen.
