I called needing a fan /light replaced. They came and we had to go with something from True Value, fine. The young lady sent me two pictures. One was 60 dollars, I liked it so she got it and got it to house. The globe was broke. So I said I would just go with the 45 dollar one. The ladies got that 45 dollar one, and put it in. All good. I get the bill for 718 dollars. It is 200 dollars for them to come down. They charged me 135 dollars for the fan/light that they got for 45 dollars. The ladies told me at the time they took the 60 dollar one back because it was broken. I was told, sorry they accidentally charged me for both. I wrote a note to see amount I still owed. The team at Wiremann Electric were very responsive, professional & knowledgeable during our electrical emergency! My neighbor decided to cut down his tree and hit the over head line that pulled my mast off the siding and broke my meter socket. The team at Wiremann dropped what they were working on and came to my house immediately as I have 3 freezers full of meat. They did discover we had no ground wire installed when the addition was added on and even upgraded us from 100 AMP meter to 200 AMP meter if we ever decide to add additional buildings in the future. She told me that the workers would be out later that day. When they showed up we talked for about 20 minutes then they got busy fixing my problem.
