No ganja was to be had at this year's extrava-ganja, so very bummed out after hearing how amazing the first one was... I'm good on driving out of my way to only be a few of a handful of people listening to the message and the educational reason for the event, sadly... with the changing laws that most of the people there seemed oblivious to and the passed out barely appropriately dressed person completely passed out on the ground and no one calling 911 emergency services I'm good on ever heading back out this way. It’s a small town fair, but generally there’s enough to keep the whole family happy. Some animals, mostly cows, decent exhibits of crafts and vegetables etc. Various shows throughout the 3-4 days including demolition derby, monster truck, pig racing, etc. Rides are a little sketchy, but it’s a traveling fair, kind of what you expect. We went to the fair last weekend and really enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly, the fair food was, well, yummy fair food!, and there were all kinds of animals for our little one to see and touch. But I would have to say our favorite part of the fair was the giant play area for the kids. There was a giant tent filled with fun things ranging from a huge sand box filled with toys to a little race track for pedal cars and hobby horses. Our two-year-old could have played there...
