I have been patronizing this store since February ,1998. 23 glorious years of top notch, A+ Customer Service and products that are amazing for a better, healthy lifestyle. If they don't carry it, they are MORE than happy to order it for you. Though, I have to admit, for a small location as this, they definitely carry an abundance of a variety of supply to suit most every liking. I purchase orders in BULK, especially the grains, and I was told that I receive a DISCOUNT every time. They keep to Their word and fulfill every promise. They care about customer satisfaction and service. Their produce is fresh and the other products, refrigerated, cooled , or frozen are easy to find along with the other products in the aisles. The SALES are also a plus! The place is clean and well kept. I especially love the friendly, cheerful attitude and the respect I have been shown. All the staff workers make me feel welcome and cared for. They are all so courteous, I enjoy coming to this place of business. All this and so much more, I continue to come to this place that has made a BIG difference in my health and peace of mind, knowing that I can trust them to give me the best. This is a great little health food store that has a good variety for those doing gluten-free, vegetarian, paleo or vegan diets. Not a ton of meat selection but there is some local beef in the freezers. The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. There is always someone on hand that can answer questions. They've got a lot of vitamins, supplements and herbs, plus some health and beauty products like deodorant, dish detergent, shampoo, etc. Fresh produce is local and organic. They even have fresh local pastured eggs and some raw dairy items for those into the ancestral health movement or looking to add fermented foods. All around, it's one of my favorite places...

I started following the a Paleo way of eating a few weeks ago and stopped in the first time last Friday. This is a great store it has a lot of Paleo options and fresh produce. My favorite find was the coconut wraps. My daughter is Vegan and a picky eater so I worry about her eating heathy (she is in college) and getting enough protein.
