I called and we agreed upon a tire. When I got there the next day, a different tire was on my car. When I brought it up, I was told that I heard them wrong and that they were right. I didn't receive a phone call to ask about putting a different tire than was agreed upon on my car. From there I began my long trip to Washington state vibrating down every mile of the highway. I then spent more money to have these tires balanced, which was something Clark's said they did already. The new mechanic said "these tires aren't even close to being balanced, I'm surprised you didn't break anything due to the shaking." I'm very unimpressed with every part of my experience...

Decent inventory and display of merchandise. They probably would have had a great review, had the lady at the counter not had an attitude when she insinuated we were lying and informed us that a “Maytag hasn’t been under $xx in xx years” so we went to Lowes and bought it for the amount that I was comparing to losing to buy local. I wanted to shop local and support the local economy but I’d stop elsewhere if that’s what you want to do, very arrogant feel to this place. In my 20+ years in the logistics field, I and my drivers have many times been taken advantage of by repair shops that see an opportunity to make a few extra bucks by screwing over an out of state driver in distress. I am happy to report that I experienced none of that with Clark's in Greenville. They got my driver in quickly and repaired the leaking valve stem without pushing to get anything unnecessary done.
