I called and we agreed upon a tire. When I got there the next day, a different tire was on my car. When I brought it up, I was told that I heard them wrong and that they were right. I didn't receive a phone call to ask about putting a different tire than was agreed upon on my car. From there I began my long trip to Washington state vibrating down every mile of the highway. I then spent more money to have these tires balanced, which was something Clark's said they did already. The new mechanic said "these tires aren't even close to being balanced, I'm surprised you didn't break anything due to the shaking." I'm very unimpressed with every part of my experience...
