I can't give 0 stars or I would. 2 times they have ruined our cake orders at this DQ. First time was a big mess up, then thought give them another chance but nope same BS different day. Never coming back here again. Rude people work here!!! Then when asked to fix it turned out like this. Really?? Umm what is that??? Not what was ordered. Should take customer service more seriously since that's what your in the business of.

The bacon on the 1/2 lb. Flame Thrower was so tough I could hardly bite through it.. when I took off my bun the bacon looked like it had sat under the warmer all day.. it was brown on the edges.. I will not be having that burger here again..

The customer service was above and beyond. The cashier was super nice and friendly to us, the food was amazing, and the bathroom was clean. I recommend the caramel shake. Wow, so good.

The staff was having a blast, which was super refreshing. I always order my blizzard with extra cocoa fudge and they did it perfectly. Literally the best blizzard I’ve ever had (and that is saying something because I used to be the shift lead at a DQ- I’ve eaten ALOT of blizzards). The food was so fresh and even the presentation looked like that unattainable, commercial-quality food. I actually turned to my husband and said “this looks like the commercial”. The food was decent, not amazing or anything. And the prices were outrageous. The basic double cheese burger costs the same as a sit down restaurant.. but the place was clean. And the service was pretty fast. Didn't take long to get the food. Like I said the only problem I have with this place is their prices. The food is not worth the price of the food.
