Very unprofessional and frustrating experience today. Called in at 10am this morning as soon as they opened for an otd price on a machine since every dealer has different fees and wanted to make sure before I drove 9 hrs. Told them I had already been approved I just needed the final numbers. I was told I would get a call back shortly with the figures. 3 hours later I haven’t heard anything so I call back in and was told they would give finance the message to call. Finally get a call at 2pm saying they can’t get ahold of my tax office to find out what Va car tax is so could I find out. Quick google search and I called back and had to leave a message what the figure is. Get a call back at 3pm and then get told she thinks I will pay ky tax not Va tax but not 100% sure that she would get the figures to her manager to confirm and get back to me. 4:30pm rolls around haven’t heard anything so I send a text asking could finance manager please contact me so we can lock this in before unit is sold. Never heard anything so reach out to the sales person on facebook messenger asking the same thing at 5pm asking the same thing. She informs me unit just sold. So frustrating and a waste of time. Read moreThe buying experience was quick and easy.Litterally got home from work, got on their website, applied for credit pre-approval,within minutes was approved,called the dealer and went over the machine I applied for,then jumped in the truck and drove to the dealer,the unit was sitting out already with sold sign on it,looked it over and went to sign papers and didn't take over 10 minutes and done.Now was time to load,I didn't have ramps so they loaded with their personal fork truck.After fork truck loaded it,I looked on back wheel and noticed a problem with rear axle boot,it was busted ,so I notified the sales person.The tech came out there and confirmed the boot was bad and need replacement.Was no big deal since they offered to let me see if they had another unit I wanted to swap it out with,so I looked around and found a Red cforce 500. it that was a step up from the one I was purchasing,plus had all the bells and whistles.Went to do paperwork on that unit and was done within 10 minutes again,they looked that unit over with me and everything looked good,so they loaded it up in the truck with their fork truck again,and I headed home to ride!...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about Country Roads. We have a dealer much closer to our home but decided to make the hour drive to see what they had. While we were looking around, someone who isn't even a salesperson, Jack, walked by and we asked him a question. He then stayed with us and answered all of our questions, suggested other models more suited to us and even brought them from the back so we could drive them. Unfortunately, they did not have what we wanted assembled so we ended up driving to the dealer that was closer to our house. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Without going in to too much detail, it was the worst customer service experience I have encountered in a very long time. We then drove all the way back to Country Roads, arrived 45 minutes before they closed and EVERY SINGLE PERSON there bent over backwards to get the deal done and we pick up our new UTV in a few days.
