Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greenville

Well to start off with I pulled into parking lot to order a pizza so I would not be talking on phone driving and ordering a pizza , girl answers phone I ask her about large special she informs me it's a on line pro mo only and hangs up on me ! Ok so I go on line and try to order and it tells me that my email and password does not match. I use that email a few dozen times a day. I think I know my email and password. So now I am really fed up so I call again I am just going to order it and pay the difference I don't care at this point ,well I proceed to let phone ring and ring and ring , all the while the pizza delivery guy had put pizzas in his car while i was trying to contact someone inside to order. And sat there playing with his phone the entire time we was there , so I confronted him and told him that what do you think the customer that ordered them pizzas would say knowing that you are here jacking around in parking lot letting there pizza get soggy and that he could tell his manager that Pizza hut just lost a sale of pizza wings ,bread sticks ,and Pepsi ,because no one would answer phone because all employees was out back jacking around instead of taking care of business !!! He told me it figures ??? Is that the way they run a pizza hut in Greenville ??? Now I gotta add to this review if you try and get your rewards forget it they are a joke they will not honor your rewards request and trying to get get them on line is a freaking joke I hate...

The tables hadn't been bused. Had a sign out saying please wait to be seated yet told to sit anywhere. There were only two bused tables so we didn't have a choice where to sit. The waitress didn't know the drinks they served. She didn't bring the right amount of silverware. She didn't ask if we wanted ice in our drinks. Never asked if we wanted drink refills until it was obvious we were ready to leave. A ticket was nvr given to us with the amount of the food we ordered. When we mentioned getting to go boxes; she went to get them and stood up there talking before she brought them to use. Very unprofessional and unclean. It may have an A rating on there wall but I give them an F. Prices were higher than other Pizza Hut we have been to as well. I give a big thumbs down to this Pizza Hut. They should be retrained in customer service. I hate not leaving a tip because I know waitresses get under paid. Despite that fact I refused to leave one tonight. You have to have more than a nice demeanor to get a tip. Like actually checking on your customer to see if they need anything. If you like dirty tables, freezing air and poor customer service than this place is for you. If not then go to a better pizza place. We definitely won't return to...

I have ONE HUGE issue with Pizza Hut. Delivery!! They can deliver all the way out to all corners of the County, but can't deliver past the bus garage??!!! I know where I live is closer than some of the places they deliver to. As far as tipping goes, this is one I would NOT tip. Due to the fact I still have to get out to go get it. 9.5 times out of 10, I will just go pick my order up, it's only a couple minutes drive further and I will tip enough for cooks and whoever rang up my order. I very seldom ever order delivery. Why am I gonna pay for delivery, when I'm still having to get out to get it. No thanks, I'll just drive the two more minutes from where they stop delivering and just get it myself. Just a suggestion... But they need to expand their radius of delivery. Side note: just for ppl who don't know, that delivery charge doesn't cover as a tip! The drivers use their own vehicles, the wear and tear on it, have to pay for their own gas, and are taking the time to get your order to you in a timely manner. If I'm not mistaken, it says the delivery fee is not a tip on the pizza box! Anytime someone is providing a service to you, you pay them. If you ask someone to do something for you, you pay them, right? So why...
