I walked into the store to see if they had a part for my stove. I had the part that I needed so he went back in the back and came back with two. One of them was the exact part but it had a different shaft, so my knob wouldn't fit. The other one was totally different. I asked the man if he had a knob and he said that he didn't. We talked for a minute, then he got online and found one that he could order for me. Now, understand, if I wanted to go online and order it myself, I would have done that and had it shipped to my house. I wanted one today. But he said that he would do this for more than what I could have done it for. So, after talking for a minute, I told him that I guess that I would have to go online and order the part. He got so mad, that he grabbed his two parts, which was not what I needed, and took off to the back with an attitude. Saying, people like me is the problem, here I am trying to help you so go ahead and order it online then. So, with this being said, why would I buy something else different if you don't have the right part. Actually, why would I buy something from someone like this that is trying to make a profit and sell them something wrong in the first place. I didn't. I will never go back there. I left there and went down the street to Curtis Appliances to see if they could help me. They were so nice and they had the part. It was used but they didn't charge me that much and they even offered to purchase me a new one, with the money that I paid as well, if the part didn't work. We went to Crumpton TV to look at purchasing a Big Green Egg. Jennifer was so helpful with explaining the different functions of the BGE and showing us the different options to add on. She set up delivery and not only was the delivery 2 days early, Kody, the delivery driver answered all of our questions that we had. We have since ordered 2 additional pieces for our BGE from Jennifer and we've called her with multiple questions that she was able to answer. It's hard to find hands on help in retail. Great bunch of honest people. I had a big screen that just stopped working and I took it there to have it repaired and it turned out to be something minor, I just paid for then to give me an estimate to find out what was wrong and they could have so ripped me off.. But didn't. It just needed something saudered. And he just fixed it for nothing. Now you normally have to pay for anything I'm sure. But it was very cool that he was honest.
