From the moment we walked into Red Lobster, we were treated like VIPs! Elizabeth, the host, greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, making sure we were seated comfortably right away. Her friendly and welcoming attitude set the perfect tone for an unforgettable dining experience.
Megan, the manager on duty, was truly phenomenal! She didnât just check in on usâshe made sure every little detail of our meal was perfect. Itâs rare to see a manager so involved and passionate about creating a great experience for both guests and staff. Her kindness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated!
Now, letâs talk about Alyssaâour incredible server! She was beyond amazing, providing top-tier service with a genuine smile. Not only was she attentive and efficient, but she also gave us fantastic recommendations that made our meal even better. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly timed, and she made sure we had absolutely everything we needed without even having to ask. Her service truly took our experience to the next level!
And of course, the food? Absolutely delicious! From the fresh seafood to the famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits, everything was cooked to perfection. But what truly made this visit stand out was the outstanding service. A huge THANK YOU to Elizabeth, Megan, and Alyssa for making this an unforgettable meal.    Read moreBeware! They will charge you $1.49 for a baked potato IF you want cheese on it. The baked potatoes are always tiny but itâs ridiculous to charge extra for a tablespoon of grated cheese. My husband and I ordered meals which came with two sides. The ONLY side that I ordered was a baked potato with butter, cheese and bacon only. It comes to the table with butter and cheese only. No big deal. I didnât send it back, but had I known I was being charged $1.49 EXTRA due to the cheese and bacon - I would have sent it back. Their menu does not state the up charge. I questioned this to the waitress. Told her that the potato didnât have bacon on it and she went to ask the manager if she could take it off. He said no that they had to charge for the cheese. I advised that they just lost customers and that I would spread the word. Also, my husbands meal stated that it came with a tea or soft drink. When we first were seated, we ordered water and then when we ordered our meals, we asked for a soft drink that came with his meal but the waitress said that since we ordered water, that we donât get the soft drink. Either she doesnât quite understand their menu, or Red Lobster is hurting financially and determined to make it up from customers. We will NEVER eat at a Red Lobster again. Thanks to the $1.49 tablespoon of cheese and a manager that cared less to make happy customers. Bad decision...

He hasnât been able to join me we usually sit in the bar and eat Deborah has been our waitress/ bartender for 25 years!!! Yes since we moved here from Virginia Beach . Today I celebrated without him just for now he canât eat anything as of now. His treatment is almost over. Today Deborah wasnât there during lunch. However we had Victoria!!! What a awesome young lady she was very informative, she had suggestions I took her suggestions I was not disappointed!! Victoria was very attentive we didnât have to ask for anything!! Our drinks were automatically refilled without us asking. The food was wonderful! hot , tasty , the appearance was impeccable!! My husband is kinda mad he didnât get to go. He was having treatments for cancer. Iâll bring him back when heâs able to enjoy our favorite restaurant! Thank you Victoria you made our day !! You are a awesome server we appreciate you !!
