The sales staff was awesome! They were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. We purchased a king size bed with delivery and set up. Scheduled our day of choosing and left feeling very taken care of. Upon the date of delivery I was contacted by their delivery driver as to if I had scheduled for that day. This confused me as to this was the date of delivery. I stated yes then he asked if I wanted it set up. I said yes it’s what I paid for he said no I only paid for delivery. I told him to contact my husband who is waiting for the delivery as to I was at work. I called my husband and was explaining what I was told when the delivery called and my husband merged the call. The delivery driver stated the same to my husband that we only paid for delivery to which my husband disagreed and then the driver said well we have a lot of deliveries today and we may not can put it together and asked us is the address location this? The address given wasn’t Even our address. So my husband gave the driver the correct address. Upon delivery the driver did not bring everything ordered ie the bed protection and pillows. Then asked my husband where he wanted it left at. At this point me and my husband felt like this driver did not want to set up our new bed and if we pushed the issue they would possibly damage it by being in a rush to complete all deliveries for the day. They unloaded it to our living room and drug the mattress along the floor of the truck causing damage to the bottom right corner. My husband immediately went back to the store to complain about this service and to retrieve the items not brought out by the delivery driver. The manager made a reference about my husband signing the delivery paperwork therefore wouldn’t owe the delivery fee back to us. But eventually agreed to pay the delivery fee back to us but we are not sure as of yet if this has happened. Five stars for your sales representative but overall only three was given due to your...

I enjoyed my experience at Farmers home Furniture. I was greated by a friendly Sales Consultant, Ms. Bridgett Curry. She encouraged me to do an application for a nice Furniture set, and with her encouraging me it was automatically approved. It's so amazing how God works. I spoke with Ms. Alana just put icing on the cake she was very sweet and helped me I couldn't believe after five years I made in with a credit application. They are Amazing an very pleasant. Mr. Danny helped me with any concerns I had he is also very nice and made sure I was taking care of. This is a blessed Company to be a part of. I encourage any one to try it out...

We purchased a fridge due to ours unexpectedly going out. The fridge was $1,500 when it was all said and done it was $2,500. Alana Lee completed the sale and somehow snuck in there a $415 bogus insurance plan if your unemployed etc..she did not tell us about it nor gave us the option to decline this coverage. Our fault for not going over the paperwork with a fine toothed comb before signing as we were “chatting” with Alana. When discovered we paid the fridge off and will never do business with this establishment again! Very disappointed! Sly sales tactics I heard she has a store in Atlanta GA now....
