Miracle Hill Auto Works — Local services in Greenville

Me & my wife went to Miracle Hill Auto Sales, on Wade Hampton Blvd, Greenville, SC yesterday; 2/10/2014 hopefully to trade my 1995 Saturn SL2 that is in good to excellent condition. Everything works great, gets 30/32 mpg and never broke down, 169,000 miles so far. I wanted to trade my car (even steven) for a 1982 Toyota Station Wagon that was nostalgic to me and the nice young fellow there Brad tried very hard to make the deal with me, Even trade!

The Toyota, would not stay running with a jump start or raw gas in the carburetor as it has a carburetor problem that Brad said he could fix, the car has a dead battery, 2 flattened tires. After test drive from manager, I think his name is Garlin, who truly is not a people person. and Brad (Who should have this managers job) the Manager said OK for the deal. Then I said I would pick up the Toyota Station wagon car in a couple of days because of predicted weather being bad and work to get car running would take time." Well", the manager (Garlin) said, (WHAT, WHAT WORK. NO WORK IS GOING TO BE DONE TO THAT CAR HE WANTS, NOTHING. MY TIME IS BEING WASTED HERE.) I truly thought he was kidding as he sat down in his leather chair behind his throne, his whole demeanor changed from friendly to the big corporate magnate manager type profile, "YOU"RE FIRED Donald Trump type" as he talked down to me.

Then I knew he was serious. (Wasting his time), I poured my heart out trying to make this deal, I even offered to work for any number of days doing anything, I mean anything he wanted for free to him to work off any extra expense he thought was necessary to make this deal go through. I think he was laughing at me, he had that smirk like (yea, that ain't gonna happen Smuck). I immediately got up with my wife and shaked Brads hand as this was the best part of the day meeting Brad and he is a true representative of a company like Miracle Hill Ministries should have representing them, someone who does represent the people, and listen to people and their situations such as Brad did to ours.

Many of these cars are donations from people, I would not doubt the one I wanted was, a FREE donated car and this guy, Garlin wants me to trade a perfectly good 32 mpg car that has no problems, no dings or dents in it for a piece of nostalgic car that does not run, I have no idea if it shifts or anything, I can't even try out first and does not want to atleast get it running for me, that is all I asked. He expected me to even trade a car that needed to be towed out, TOWED OUT!!!!!!!!

I think management (Garlin or what ever his name is) of this shop should be investigated in to by Miracle Hill Ministries, with things gong on in todays world as they are, people need people and not Donald Trump types trying to demean us when we reach out for some kind of help such as I did for a nostalgic reason and be willing to do all I had to in order to have something that means very much to me personally.

If you want a people person that everyone will be more at ease with and feel respected by then consider BRAD, get rid of Donald Trump (Garlin), shopping for a car would be a pleasure at your business for us then.

Note: the blond haired fellow that word there is also a nice representative for Miracle Hill Auto Sales, you only have one bad apple there that feels that this is his personal used car lot to do with what he wants and I truly believe he feels the profits are all his. Are they?? He needs a talking to if I believe what Miracle Hill Ministries stands for but more so need to be replaced, BRAD.

I have to give Miracle Hill Auto Sales a RATE OF -1 TO BE HONEST, UNTIL GARLIN IS...

I don't suggest or even recommend anyone coming here for a vehicle. Money talks to them and its the only thing that matter's, we were interested in a 2008 Honda Odyssey and we kept calling and keeping tabs with them about it and they seemed annoyed about anything other then getting the check to them. Mid drive our check engine light came on and i had my father come over to check it only for him to say it was warm which means someone test drove it. He spoke with the man and he said if someone has the money he is gonna sell it even when were putting in the work just waiting to get the check from the loan company, then said he wanted 300+ to hold it for 72 hours and it doesn't even go towards paying the vehicle it goes straight to him. Their finance company is not that great either very inconsistent. If you want a vehicle go over to Value Point in Greer! They have great financing and very affordable payment prices for nicer newer vehicle's, i got a 2016 Kia Soul for 1100 down and they are easy to talk to and work with! Hope this helps...

I got to be honest I bought a van used by miracle hill and it has nothing but problems I have out over a 1000 of work in it I also have paid over 700 in car insurance for it the sale people told me everything was good it was kept up to date it had no back seatseats I had to buy them also the bbrakes has messed up the engine the transmission I have a wife and two children and we spent every penny so the a doesn't work the blinkers don't work it won't start in park it's only start in neutral has to leave the e brake on everytime u done driving it so Please if you buy a car from there please test drive it and try to get for Tue lowest price possible please refer theses cars are donated for a reason and the prices are outraged and BTW they do not have a family's shelters they split the family's up with all that money and don't have family shelters they will...
