HM Meal Prep — Restaurant in South Carolina

We just started trying HM Meal prep with our first order to help my MIL and husband have some healthier options on hand.The taste is a big hit over here! The amount of food also was able to fill my mother-in-law and my husband, even though typically they would consume a larger quantity of food with each meal. I liked the automated text and that once I received the delivery window a real person reached out directly. The gentleman helped bring the food in and put it on the kitchen table for me and helped me empty the reusable bags so we didn’t have to return them. He was very friendly and professional.

When I was reading through all the reviews I knew that my husband and my MIL would love this. They’ve been through 1 million meal prep companies, and by far yours has been the best for them because the taste and convenience DOES matter. I don’t have to convince either of them to eat the meals. They selected what sounded good, it was delivered, then 1 minute in the microwave and DONE! Does not get easier than this.

I should mention that my mother-in-law has Parkinson’s which usually means she can’t taste what she’s eating, so it’s actually a huge gift for her to be able to taste the food!

After tasting the food, they have both decided they want to replace two meals a day with HM instead of just one. We ordered a couple of the freezer packs as well so we even have some extras in the freezer if we run out before our next order!

I came to Greenville to visit some friends for several weeks. I tried Healthletic meals, and my friends suggested using them as they were new to the meal plan program. I had them order one week’s worth of meals for three weeks; within my first week, my friends’ and I experienced delivery delays, missing meals, and drop off for food was not placed in the proper location. During my second week in town, I ordered protein pancakes, a basic meal, mini pizza, and several meals for lunch and dinner. I was disappointed with the presentation and the food did not taste well. During the last week visiting, I opened the door to greet the delivery driver for the company and what left the strongest impression on me was how rude the driver was and to my surprise again, we had more missing meals two out of three weeks I was visiting. The pictures presented feel like false advertising with a difficult to navigate webpage. My limited experience with my friends left me highly disappointed in the quality, service and presentation of the meals. If you are visiting the area, I would save your time and look for other options.

I did a lot of research and tried different things before going with Healthletic Meals, and these guys absolutely crush it. If you want to save time deciding what you want to do, just go ahead and choose these folks.

Every single person I've interacted with at HM is polite, professional, fun, and downright amazing. There's a personal touch and an obvious pride in what they do.

The food is incredible and changes regularly. I am consistently impressed with the taste, quality, and freshness of everything they give me. Having a local meal prep service where nothing is ever frozen is absolutely incredible. I lost 10 pounds in a month simply by cutting out the garbage lunches I was eating and replacing it with Healthletic Meals.

Meals tend to be between $7-9 a pop for the small portions (which is plenty unless you're very active), which is a pretty amazing value. No meal prep service is cheap, you're paying for convenience and service, but these folks knock the value proposition out of the park.

I'm legitimately in love with HM. This is a model of good business and I am incredibly thankful to have an option like this in Greenville.
