I would give this pace a zero if I could. I'm from out of state, and tried to order flowers for a family member who lives a mile from the flower shop. I placed the order online, through their website given on Google. The flowers were never delivered, so I called the flower shop, the number that is given on the website. The guy answered and told me that I had called him at home, that they were closed, that they never got an order, and that he didn't know what to tell me, they were closed for the holiday weekend. So I called again, after the weekend when they were open and a woman informed me they never got the order, and although it's their website, it's not their fault for not getting the order. She did say, she called the people who ran the website to try and get my money back, but I haven't received a refund. During my "conversation" with her she would just keep repeating herself, saying they never got an order. When I would try to speak she would just talk over me, so I couldn't get a word in inch wise. This has been a terrible experience, and the flowers were never delivered.

I don't understand why they couldn't just deliver the order once they knew they had one that was missed and was already paid for. I have the receipt and order number, and I was trying to give this information to them, but they wouldn't let me speak, and just kept talking over me.

Just a tip for the owners. Next time a customer calls to let you know they placed an order that wasn't received, your response shouldn't be I don't know what to tell you, or it's not our fault we didn't get an order. It should be how can I make it right, let's make sure we get them delivered, or make sure we get you a refund. You are incredibly rude and...
