Salon 1025 — Local services in Greenville

I’m thrilled to write this review about my visit to Salon 1025 and my appointment with CALLIE. We just moved back to the area and I wasn’t sure where to go for hair services. I searched on line until my head hurt. I finally stumbled upon Salon 1025. I called and Callie answered the phone. She got me an appointment right away bc it was long overdue and I needed one badly. The Salon is clean, cozy and well appointed. Callie took time to give a thorough consultation for my cut and color. She’s very knowledgeable and gave me several options as well as showed me how to style it. She is fun and very personable we had a nice discussion. Sometimes these first meetings can be awkward but this wasn’t. I am in my 60’s so I was concerned if she had experience with senior hair. It is different than younger hour. She certainly does. I went to have my hair highlighted. Always a problem due to the red gene I have in my hair. Michaela, my stylist, was super perfect with my hair for my first visit. I was very happy and I can't wait to see her for my next visit. All the girls there were extremely kind, not like some salons who give you that "snub" look because your not in their high school click. Lol sorry, but its true. Some salons can make you feel unwelcome but tolerated. Not 1025 salon, they are a great bunch of girls who are humble as well as beautiful. I called last minute to see if they had any openings for the afternoon and Callie J. was able to squeeze me in after a cancellation. I was so grateful! She was very nice and extremely professional and knew exactly why my bangs were not behaving the way they should be, after I had had a poorly done cut at a chain salon several months ago. She did a fantastic job and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I hope I can catch her again when I'm ready for a last minute wash & cut!
