Joy and her team at Houlihan Lawrence did an absolutely outstanding job selling my mother’s home - the home I grew up in that she and my late father had owned for 46 years before his passing in September of 2022.

Joy was able to sell the home at 40% over asking price in a difficult real estate market for sellers. She had perfect judgement as to how to get the best price.

The team kept my Mom and I informed every step of the way and were incredibly responsive. As an example, when I first called Joy she offered to come over to see the home the same day, and wound up coming over the next day due to our schedules.

Then she led my Mom and I through the process of sale and was able to get an extremely competitive offer (all cash with no contingencies other than underground oil tank removal) in less than a week after listing.

Joy also had great recommendations for an attorney, David Hopper, who we were very happy with, as well as a home organizer, Matt Baier, who also did an outstanding job in getting the house cleaned out and organized for sale and my Mom’s move.

Joy and her team are also incredibly thoughtful about the “little things.” They put together a book of pictures of the house that my Mom greatly appreciated, had dinner delivered to us one night while we were packing out the house, and Joy even stopped by in person on multiple occasions just to check in before closing.
