The shop wasn’t open yet so we sat out front to eat our sandwiches. As they opened a gentleman came over and said we couldn’t sit there that it was for customers only. My husband said it was closed, but that we might get something now that they are open. And the guys said, well you haven’t bought anything yet. He literally just opened the doors. So my husband went in and ordered an affogato (a scoop of gelato with an espresso poured over). Even though the item was on the menu, the worker didn’t know how to make it and proceeded to scoop gelato, then fill the cup with regular coffee and stirred it around. My husband told her it was made incorrectly, but didn’t want to waste food, so he paid for it and took it.
