The merchandise in the antique mall wasn’t really our vibe, but I did manage to find a handful of records that I wanted. I am giving them five stars because the kind lady behind the counter so absolutely AH-MA-ZING! She was SO sweet, kind, inviting and warm. She chatted some friendly and fun banter before, during and after she rang up my records. Upon seeing my records, she even recommended the record store a few hundred feet away. (She said her son has a collection of over 2,000 records and he loved the record store so she thought I might too) I wish I got her name to give her the proper shoutout/recognition she deserves, but she definitely understands how to give top notch costumer service . If this review ever finds her, I hope she knows my interaction with her completely...

I've been to "As Time Goes By" several times, and I'm always tickled by the whimsical selection of items they have for sale. I always find a treasure!

The shopkeepers are very friendly; on our first visit, the owner and I traded business cards because we happened to have the same design by Vistaprint. Every time I stop in, there's always something cool going on; they are craftspeople and always working on really neat creative stuff behind the front desk.

On our last visit, my friends and I were lamenting the fact that we hadn't brought reuseable shopping bags with us--and they pulled out some extras and gave us one! Wasn't that nice of them?!

I absolutely love it here. I live here in Greenwood and go to these antique stores whenever I have a chance and As Time Goes By will always be my favorite. It's a bit more organized than other antique shops so you can shop between categories (i.e. furniture is all in one section, records in another, etc..) which I love. The lady at the front end (I believe she might be the owner?) is always super friendly and nice. I usually come in looking for records/vinyls to add to my collection. I found an Elton John album that was missing one record but she gave me a discount for this. Overall I enjoy the look and feeling of the place and the service is great....
