Good luck getting anything fixed in a timely matter. My washing machine was broken for 12 days pending a part to be ordered and delivered which was on “back order”, day 12 a brand new washing machine showed up to my apartment. Before the washer arrived the response from the office was to take my children and I (including my newborn 4 week old) to the laundromat to do our laundry. The office states they will give you calls and updates and then you never hear from a single soul. Fast forward to water leaking out of my ceiling. The emergency lines response was to use as many towels and bowls to collect the water to ensure no property damage. And guess what still NO call and nothing has been fixed.
