Last night at 10:02pm the delivery driver for stargate wrecklessly drove down my long dirt driveway. A younger male in a white dodge charger came speeding down our entire driveway and slammed on the breaks. Though my security cams are not speedometer, the footage of his speed speaks for itself. As a result of the speeding and wreck less driving one of my landlords cats was ran over and killed. My landlord has since showed up at stargate to comfront them, but she doesn't realize that yelling, cussing, at screaming at ppl gets you nowhere. I on the other hand have called stargate pizza and asked for a manager. I told her the situation and that I needed the young man's name and information for a legal matter. The manager or whoever I spoke with was very dismissive and told me word for word "we've already been through this and I'm not obligated to give out employee names". Maybe the partial plate on my cams will help. Or I guess I could just go to stargate and look for the white charger to aquire the entire tag number so that I can put a name to the face of the man who thought our driveway was a game of Mario Cart. I just need a name to match my footage. I would upload a photo of the cat that has been killed, but I fear my review would be deleted due to how disturbing and graphic the remainder of...
Read moreThis place is .....ok. The pizza isn't too bad. And that's about it. They make a lot of traditional Italian items that you'd expect to find at a pizza place. But none of it is done very well. My friend and I stopped in to get some lunch. I got a large pepperoni pizza and he got an everything stromboli. I also got a fountain drink while we waited for our food. It was a Sunday and we were getting the food to watch football later. The shopkeep seemed frustrated that we were there and me asking for a fountain drink and also buying a 2 liter of soda was an inconvenience to him for some reason??? It took what seemed forever to get our food. Mainly because instead of simply handing out food to us when it was ready, he decided to sit down in the dining room and have lunch with his son. Now I can understand spending time with family but when two people have come to your store and have spent a considerable amount of money on food and drinks shouldn't you complete their transaction before deciding to ignore the fact their food is sitting on the back counter and go and have lunch while you eat? We haven't gone back. And it's been over 6 months and the store is just a few miles from my house. The inside is a little depressing too. Like it wants to be a nice place but just sits empty because it's...
Read moreWe ordered food off the app. When the delivery driver arrived to my home, he asked if we had paid, which we did... on the app. Once they left, assuming he arrived back at the restaurant, someone called us from there, again asking if we paid, and to keep our receipt, then hanging up. Another lady called, this time accusing us of stealing and that we did not pay, which we did. We explained we could not complete our order unless we paid, and it was in our bank account as a transaction. She hung up. Then the OWNER calls, screaming, cursing, accusing us of stealing, threatening us with the police, and wouldn’t let us get a word in. He stated that their system has NEVER had issues. After hanging up on him, he called back, again, threatening police. We told him to just run the card but if there was a double transaction, there would be issues. Then, there was. They then had a different girl call back, apologetic, and reversed the second transaction ... we will never eat there again. And we will be encouraging our friends and family to not eat...
