O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Greenwood

Anytime I need assistance with anyone there, they always seem to help me with anything I need. I have been working on my Ford F150 XL Lariat 302 5.0 Fuel injection so I been in & out this store seems like every day this week and the guys up there have been trying to help me with the parts I need, Jessie Wallace is one of those who has been giving me advice about what could be giving me trouble on this truck, however it seems everything I have changed still isn't working but it's making my truck run even better whenever it does start Lol but eventually I will get the right part.. I have to give thanks to everyone who has been helping me at this wonderful store, I have always loved shopping in this O'Reillies parts store & with the kindness & helpful tips I get, I couldn't asked for better employees in this store so I give those guys a 5 STAR Rating, thank U for all your help & I Wil be needing more assistance as I'm still adding new parts to this old fixer upper, see y'all soon thanks...

Came in yesterday to have battery checked. Battery is for my van that i rarely drive. Tested fine, just needed to be charged. Came back an hour later as told to pick up and this other guy there was rude af told me that they didn't charge it....so told him I'd come back in another hour. He tells me i need to call first, so i came an hour later and he then tries telling me that the battery was bad hoping to sell me something I def didnt need. He was rude af to the other employee that was there also. Ended up going right down the road to Advance Auto. And they tested the battety, was NOT bad and was fully charged. Took it home, put it back in my van and works fine. This guy at oreillys is a LIAR....won't ever buy from this company again!!! Obviously saw a female and thought that i was dumb or...

I called to check the price of a battery for a co-worker. The salesperson who answered the phone gave me the price. Then I asked do they swap the batteries out and he said it depends. He then read something he was looking at and I couldn't understand what he said. So then I said so you don't swap them out, and with the most arigant, rudest, way he could he replied "NO WE DON'T! I JUST READ THAT TO YOU"! I've been in this store two times and have never had good, friendly service! I'll stick to Auto Zone and Advanced Auto from now on! Update! Not only did she go to Auto Zone to get her battery they swapped it out and had her new battery installed...
