Upon delivery of product , which was late, I noticed it was unclean and a shelf was missing although it was suppose to be new . I inquired with the delivery drivers and were told to contact store to see about the missing shelf. I made payments and inquired 3 weeks on the missing shelf . At first it was the manager forgetting to order the part . I contacted the store yesterday to follow up and spoke with the sales manager whom informed me that the manager stated that she would not order the part because thatâs how the refrigerator came but on the pictures it clearly shows 3 shelves not 2 . I informed her that I would be contacting corporate because thereâs no way that an inspection of the product wasnât did to verify what was missing and to ensure that Iâm getting what Iâm paying for .
