Terrible all around. I ordered boneless chicken wings and bone in chicken, and was told to pull into a parking spot to wait. This spot was behind me so I had to do an awkward three point turn with cars right behind me in the drive through line to get to it. I was not told how long I would be waiting, which is usual if it will be a long time. It was 25 minutes. When I got my order the bone in chicken was fine but the boneless wings were inedible. It was obvious the sauce was put on when I first ordered, 25 minutes ago, and now they were cold and soggy. The sauce itself was awful, BBQ. It was the worst BBQ I have ever had. When I got a email asking for my opinion on my order I gave it. I was asked if I wanted to be contacted and said yes but no one did, leading me to conclude that no one cared about my bad experience. First time, service was slow around lunch time but the food was good. 2nd time, the service was extremely slow, and they came screwing people’s orders up. I waited 15 minutes in line (was the 3rd customer in line when I got there) just for the line to move up 1 person. I walked out because I already grew impatient, and I haven’t even ordered. The staff was rude to the people that had ordered. 3rd visit, I went through the drive thru trying to order mash potatoes and gravy. I have a sore throat, so I went KFC against my better judgement. Nobody was in the drive-thru line. I had to tell the lady my order 3 times, and she got an attitude. She told me it was my fought the order was wrong because I didn’t speak up. Read moreFirst let say that as a resident of the city of Greenwood, I support my local businesses but on last night KFC dropped the ball. I had placed an order and was told that it would be a fifteen minute wait time. Sad to say that it took approximately 30 minute to receive my order. As it got closer to the 15 minute I noticed that employees seem to have been busy with other matters and not concerned about me "the waiting customer" nor did anyone come out and provide me an update on my order. In reality, I'm confident that they forgot about my order until I approached the drive thru window and finally, I was given my order. Hope you guys can get it...
