No problem with the store or personnel. They did what they should do during the sales process. Unfortunately they sold an expensive national brand mattress that after 5 months is already starting to sag. They say they have an extensive warranty and if you call they will help. I did call, and what I got from them was the phone number of their Temperpedic rep. No Warranty Advocate, as they claim? So enjoy the sales process but don't expect...
