If I could rate them a negative I would! I also have contacted the BBB and the owner Donald Mintz with no response! I ordered a sectional December 5th contacted them over the phone discussed cost and delivery. 3 piece sectional in stock and delivery before Christmas. Placed the order paid in full. Then after going to Ashley furniture decided to add the single chair piece. Called them back was told the price and delivery would not be until after 1st of year. Because it was 125 for a small piece I would just pick it up. I already paid 295 for 3 pieces. Furniture came Tuesday before Christmas however the 3 pieces promised was not correct! The single piece was with the chaise and couch, the piece that was not supposed to be available until after the first of the year! I called and asked what was going on? There were also strips of fabric not matching the furniture sown in the seats? The frame is broken and bent! Now it’s January 11th and still 3 rd piece of sectional is missing and now I’m being told the other salesman Shelby miss spoke about the sale and Karla is telling the truth it won’t be available until February 4th? WTH! She began yelling at me after putting me on hold to check the status then had to call me back once she got her story straight! This time I explained to her had I known the delivery was not going to take place when stated I would have canceled and I wanted to speak with the manager I was not happy the way this was being handled! She hung up in me? I called her back again she hung up on me when I told her it was me! As a paying customer I believe I have the right to speak with a manager to discuss the issue! So if you read the other replies of people that had issues it’s very true. No false as they state.

Read moreFirst of all, Quality rating is unknown because I have yet to receive my order from Carolina Direct. I purchased an Ashley sofa on the 5th of January. Was given in writing that it would be approximately two weeks for it to arrive. After two weeks, called to check on status and was told it would be an additional 4 business days to get to the store. Called after 6 business days and was told the last person was incorrect and that they only get trucks every two weeks now. I was assured it would be in on Friday, Feb. 2nd. On Feb. 3rd, I called and spoke with a lady who said they had just opened and made it clear that I called to early for her to help me. She was extremely short with me and said that it is not scheduled for delivery until Monday Feb. 4th. She said that they don't get deliveries until the truck is full. She also mentioned that we knew it was a back order purchase and discontinued which was new information to me. She said they will not refund my money. When I asked to please speak with a manager, she said she would have one call me and then hung up on me. There are plenty of other furniture stores in the area with the same selection and pricing. Read moreAfter shopping around for the best price on a specific sofa, I found the best deal at Carolina Direct. Over-the-phone ordering was easy and my sofa was ready for pick-up 6 days later. Even though delivery was offered, it was an easy process to pick it up instead. Once I unpackaged the sofa in my living room, I noticed a small tear in the fabric and a rather large gap between the seat backs (Reclining sofa). I emailed the sales rep with pictures and they put in a service request and part order immediately. A week later, Blake, their furniture technician, was contacting me to come out and repair the problems. He was so nice and very thorough as well. He replaced the fabric panel that had the tear and it looks good as new. The gap in the back was due to warping of the frame caused during transportation from the factory, so he ordered a new metal frame. A few weeks later, he was back again replacing the frame. I have been so pleased with the service I received at Carolina Direct! And my family loves our sofa.
