HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Unwelcoming upon entering Nail Amore - Sunset Blvd., 38901. Did not honor the price of my selected service that was listed on the menu. In other words, "bait & switch" of menu of prices. Nail tech not skilled in pedicure technique, including, but not limited to, not knowing how to remove ingrown nails. Nail tech injured my toe that resulted in bleeding on both sides of that toe. Nail tech did not smooth heels despite me offering to pay extra money to do so. Entire staff avoided effective communication. At the end of the pedicure, I refused to receive the manicure service. Then, the nail tech and front counter staff (that suddenly speaks fluent English) charged me an additional $20 for the pedicure. I informed that front desk counter staff that due to the injury, poor service, & unprofessionalism, I was paying only for the price listed for the pedicure. After some dialogue with that staff and that staff's unreasonable determination, I proposed that the police be contacted to settle the matter. I asked for gel on my real nails, fingers and toes. I was told 75 for both. My nails went fine and the lady was very sweet. Although, a man came up and yanked my feet while she was trying to finish my nails. He then kept trying to give me a pedicure when I told him I only wanted gel on my toes and to leave. He started painting regular polish on my toes and I asked him what he was doing because I wanted gel he told me that would be 25 dollars more. I then told them never mind I will just pay for my nails and leave. They charged me 75 dollars and all that I left with was gel paint on my real nails. All of the men begin to yell at me and tell me I don’t understand. I told them what I wanted and maybe they didn’t understand but the way they treated me was unacceptable. Started out okay, friendly service and fast. They placed a plastic liner in the pedicure tub, but they don't clean the jet inside of it between people. During the pedicure, the man took an ACTUAL CHEESE GRATER quite vigorously to my feet. Did not seem to notice my wincing. He was obviously talking about the other customers in a negative way, and told one lady getting a treat for her and her mom the prices like they couldn't afford it.
