Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grenada

6:38pm 02/23/21 arrived in drive-thru Order 393299 Cashier: Chasity T, that was not my cashier

I normally get excellent service at this place, IT WAS HORRIBLE, RUDE PEOPLE. There was 3 cars in front of me, I finally made it to the order box 6:46pm, the guy came over the speaker and asked us to hold, when he finally did speak again, he told me it would be 10 minutes before we could order, a lady came over the intercom and said no it won't very rudely, go ahead, I placed my order, my friend placed her order, we pulled forward, the guy walks to drive thru, hair all over his head, kinda heavy set, light skinned AA, no greeting at all & said you had the chaulpa combo, I said no, told him what I had, $8.06( with nasty attitude) I give him my money he hands me my change, went to close the window, I had to tell him I had two orders, he closes the window a dark skinned AA woman, did something, he opens the window, $7.07, ( attitude still) gives us our drinks, turns his backs on us & just stands in drive thru, he finally turns around and ask us to pull forward, (I'm irritated now) I said how much longer, you said 10 minutes is it really going to be that long? The dark skinned AA woman, comes over, no what did you order, I told her, (she had attitude in voice) its right here, hands us our food (finally) i said I asked for a cup of sour cream, she said (with attitude) no you didn't ask for a cup, I put it on the quesadilla, I said no, I asked for a cup, she said no you didn't, I told her don't worry about it, (I'm rolling my eyes, now) she hands me a cup of sour cream, I offered to pay, she said don't worry about it. I said thank you, (she had a better attitude). 7:02pm finally leaving drive thru. Open my food my quesadilla is burnt, I'm going home and I sat in drive-thru for so long, I wasn't turning back around, I still had an hour drive home. Ridiculous, I won't...

This is THE SLOWEST fast food place in town. We stopped at Taco Bell in Grenada, Mississippi for a quick bathroom break and some food. We have been here 40 minutes so far, and only one order has been prepared and called. ( There are only 4 orders, two of which are mine and my sons.) We didn't order a crazy amount of food. I had 2 cheesy roll ups, a bean burrito and a potato Taco. My son ordered 3 cheese quesadillas. The other two orders didn't seem large based on the other 2 people in the restaurant. The point is, the store wasn't busy...maybe the locals know of this Taco hell and avoid it at all cost! The restaurant had 4 employees working on my fateful trip...2 food preparers (forgive my assumptions about their abilities) and 2 young girls who were, in my best estimation, the drive through and counter order takers/cashiers. ( Al this particular Taco Bell, you place your order at a kiosk, if you happen to venture into this time wasting establishment, making the 2nd young girls job obsolete.) The two young girls did seem to pass the 40 minutes I invested, by leaning on the counters, laughing at each others stories, and making the best of an overly dull hour. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I had to put my order in the kiosk and then I waited for over ten minutes with no order. I couldn't get any of the employees to come to the counter. When one finally came and she said my order never showed up on her screen and walked away. When I finally got her to come back to the counter I showed her on my credit card where I was charged for the order. She again said there was nothing she could do. After this went on for twenty minutes they finally gave me my order without my cup. That was a struggle to get her to come back to the counter and she finally gave me my cup, empty. I went to the soda Despenser and it was not working. I had to again try and get someone's attention. She seemed very put out that she had to fill my cup. I expect this kind of service at McDonald's, but I thought Taco Bell was better. ...
