Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Grenada

Worst atmosphere and buffet experience ever. Don’t go here for lunch on Sunday, right after Church lets out. We were just passing though the area, and silly me figured it would be an easy lunch. Negative Ghost-rider. I should have taken the hint when I noticed the parking lot was full. We went in and it felt like Chucky Cheese with 10 birthday parties of 5 yr olds, complete chaos. There was one partial pizza on the buffet, the salad bar looking like a herd of deer went through it and scattered it everywhere and most of the cold veggies were warm. My partner didn’t even bother trying to eat, there wasn’t anything to eat. There were several people holding multiple tables for people that didn’t end up showing up for 15-20 mins after we finally found a table. There were 4 tables that hadn’t been bussed, and the staff was obviously overwhelmed. A quick glance into the back kitchen showed only one person making one pizza, and one other was prepping a vegetable for the salad bar. This facility, at its current staffing, obviously cannot handle a Sunday lunch rush, and it ended up with us having to go elsewhere for lunch. The only positive I had was the waitress was friendly and got us our drinks promptly, but the buffet and overall experience at this restaurant was awful.

The pizza was ok but the cashier SHANNON was very rude. She seemed so bothered and irritated by my presence. I got the deal for the large 2 topping pizza for $7.99 and asked her if I could pay extra for vegetables and with a cold stare she very rudely and quickly replied "Nope! Can't get that with that!" I said "ok". Then she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed while ringing me up as if she was very bothered by me. The whole experience was just rude and awkward to the point that I thought about cancelling my order. While running my card she didn't even look at me and rudely said " name?" Put the receipt on the counter slammed down the pen, told me 20 mins and turned away. But she made sure to smile and be very pleasant to the older guy who was next in line. When I came back in she looked up at me huffed , rolled her eyes got the pizza and slammed it on the counter. I asked if I could get dipping sauce and she said loudly "you can't get that!" So I asked her did she mean to tell me that they didn't have ranch sauce? She rudely said "only if you want to pay .60 a cup" and smiled smugly and said "I'm sorry" sarcastically. And I told her no you're rude which she didn't care. This was my first time going there. I was just passing through that town. I would eat there again but if she is behind the counter...

Me and my husband went in sat down and wasnt even greeted by our waitress. She was not polite at all. We ordered our food and when we asked about what came on the stromboli she said onions, bell pepper, and she wasnt sure if anything else came on it. My husband said he didn't want any vegetables just pepperoni and cheese. When we got our food it had onions and bell pepper on it and our waitress said sorry they messed up hope it's ok. Which my husband didn't mind because we were in a hurry. My pizza was good. However when he took a bite of his it wasnt even cooked all the way through. The waitress took it back and she said that It was just cheese not under cooked. When the waitress came back to the table she asked us if we would like it burnt. And I replied no we just want it cooked not raw. When the food came back it was actually cooked all the way through and my husband said it was way better. However when we went to pay we stood there for about 7 minutes being ignored and finally she took our payment. We paid 18.43 for horrible service and will never...
