I have been going to Natural Mind and Muscle, LLC for the past couple of years and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after each session. Kara is beyond wonderful! She truly cares and listens to YOU. I even have my husband going to her due to his back/hip issues. I have gifted certificates to others and they all agree that she is indeed amazing!!

Her room is inviting and calming. The decor, music and smell are welcoming. Combine that with the massage and you will find yourself blissfully falling asleep and getting rid of the day's or week's stressors! I catch myself snoring during each session. LOL!
