Waterfall Lounge — Restaurant in Nebraska

We've lived in West Omaha for nearly six years and Waterfall Lounge is hands down our favorite local go-to place. The staff is warm and friendly and they know their regulars, including the drinks we typically order. It's always a great experience for us. The majority of the staff have been there a while too which tells you management is doing a good job taking care of their team. Their food is simple but always delicious. Their street Cobb salad with grilled chicken is my favorite salad in town. I get it with their Caesar dressing, mainly because they don't have balsamic vinaigrette (my only complaint). The Asian Grilled Chicken salad is equally good. It has a crazy amount of edamame 💕 and the crispy wontons add a nice crunchy texture. I highly recommend both salads, but bring your appetite, their salads are huge. Also, if you're looking for something slightly different, try their Fried Chicken Sandwich. Simple ingredients cooked to perfection every time. We get it naked (no sauces) and it's ridiculously good! Crispy and juicy and perfectly seasoned. I can't rave about it enough. Stopped in last night and they were a bit busy, but you wouldn’t have known it by the stellar service we received! The star of the show was Mary! I seriously don’t know how she keeps up that pace! She took great care of us and updated us on our food order. As busy as they were, I knew it would take a bit longer with the crowd, but it was worth the wait, which really wasn’t long. Upon delivery, our food was hot and delicious! Mary apologized for the wait, but again, it wasn’t that long. I can tell by the way she runs that place and the service she gives, she cares greatly about her customers. In today’s society, customer service like that is rare! I hope you realize how lucky you are to have an employee, who takes pride and personal ownership with each customer to make sure they have a great experience in your establishment! I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I was looking for a place to have my graduation party. Several local bars didn't even call me back. When I called Waterfall, they told me the person who schedules things in the party room was gone for the day, but if I sent a message on Facebook, they would get back to me on there faster. So I sent a message, within the hour they contacted me and got my party on the schedule. They checked in with me periodically leading up to the event and were very professional. the food options for the room were great prices and there was a good variety. I had roughly 35 people show up and we had plenty of food for everyone. Our servers name was Amber, she was so sweet and was very fast and personable. the food came with an automatic gratuity that went directly to the kitchen, which is wonderful and well deserved.
