Can't believe anyone would ever complain about the owner! He's a total sweetheart who is a great listener. Brian doesn't just nod his head and go "uh huh". He remembers you and asks the next time you go in how the kids are and how things went with the plumber. He stands up for customers who are being bothered by jerks. Been going there for years! If he was rude to anyone they must have deserved it and then some. All the bartenders remember what I like to drink. This place is like Cheers "sometimes you want to go where everybody know your name and they're always glad you came." If you want a place to make friends and have a fun casual time, OTR is the place to be. Super clean, modestly priced, comfortable. I just can't say enough good...

Finding a place to enjoy drinks is all about enjoying the vibe. This wasn't it for us, but may be for you if you appreciate purchasing songs on the juke box only to have the staff turn off your selected music because they don't like it. BTW, the song in question was not offensive and got a lot of air play when first released. The employee we asked was happy to say they turned off whatever they wanted. So I guess go, but don't expect anyone to say sorry we turned off your music, here's your money back. The place was clean, but not comfortable if you are looking for a welcoming...

I love this place! I've been here solo, with one other person, and with a bunch of people; and I've always had a great experience. It never fails that I have a good time here and sometimes even run into old friends. The bartenders are prompt, friendly, and will remember you if you've been multiple times. The other customers are great and fun to interact with whether you are solo, with one person, or with a group. On the flip side, they will leave you to yourself if you wish.
