Not great when they mess up the order, not once but twice. I will give them credit though... They absolutely made it right and had the common sense /decency / customer service skills to apologize for their error. There was going to be an extended wait for the correction so I asked to buy a hamburger for the person who would have to wait - and they refused to charge me for it. They also offered our whole party free cookies which we declined.. the free hamburger was enough..... But I will say their cookies are top notch tasty! I was impressed with the customer service today from what appeared to be a VERY young crew. We will return to this location and support these young people in their efforts to provide great food and great customer service!!!! Thank you and we look forward to...

I'm really only upset about one kid that works in the evenings. I have come every few days for years to this loc for an ice cream cone after work as a treat. I don't expect a towering pile of ice cream but this kid always makes these dinky cones that aren't worth the almost $3.00 I pay. So today I asked if he would put a little more on top. What does he do? He makes a brand new cone but this time it's a half an inch higher but noticeable thinner. Ya know this kid did it to be a snide jerk and I certainly don't appreciate it. I was kind to him when I made the request as I didn't want to come across as a complaining Karen. I didn't even complain when I left. I had a hankering for the Sweet Berry Chicken Salad today. My husband picked it up thru the drive thru for me. When I opened it it looked great with warm chicken on top of a bed of spinach. I poured the dressing on and proceeded to mix the salad to coat everything. As I was mixing I notices that the iceberg lettuce under the spinach was all the white part of the head and had already started turning red and starting to wilt. This is a sign to me the lettuce was old. I am so disappointed and a little sickened. I’ve had terrible experiences with salad bars and this is the first “fast food” salad I have ever returned for. I ended up separating the iceberg from the rest of the salad because I was hungry. I just hope this...
