I wanted to support a local business so I called the store and asked if the store had a specific shoe size and I let them know that I lived 15 minutes away. He said he had the shoe sizes I needed. I again let him know that I live 15 minutes away and he assured me that they have that shoe size. I arrive about 30 minute later and he told be that they do not have the shoe size I called about. Then he proceeds to ask me if I was sure that I couldn’t just use the size they had. Like no thats why I called to ask for that specific size. I let him know that I had called and asked about the shoe size and was told they had the size I was looking for. He acknowledged that he remembered the phone call and just said “sorry about that”. Like the workers there can not even be bothered to get up and check their inventory. Janzitio’s clearly does not care about their customers. Horrible...

Very happy with this store. We decided to treat our roofing team with some western wear. We drove from Sacramento and we do not regret it. The customer service was over the top. Definitely worth the drive and look forward to continue shopping here....
