I truly believe I have Vinny's shop and staff to thank for that. I visit this place at least 3-5 times per month. The man who owns this LLC, Vinny, worked with my Dad at Foxwoods for over 25 years. He's a solid individual according to my Dad, and to me, my Dad's word is law. I have had very amusing and beneficial encounters with the main man myself, and I whole-heartedly enjoyed each one. He's super funny and he loves what he does. It shows in his actions, words, and his energy while he helps me with my vaping needs. He's the only one in the area (New London County) that has a drive-thru!! That's right, I typed "drive-thru". Anyone has the ability to drive right up and be serviced. T. I call his staff "Vape Specialists" because he seems as though he only hires very knowledgeable expertise who keep up with the latest trends and fads of the vape business and also divulge in the vape experience themselves. I believe the best employee for ANY business is one who uses the products the business is promoting; personal experience is unparalleled. The hospitality and knowledge of the employees by far exceeds any shop I have encountered. Although, there is one exception and it's, I believe, the only woman who works there, because I have not been serviced by any other women other than her. My first encounter with her, in late 2019, was not pleasant and I informed the other staff members of her rudeness and character deformities in regards to hospitality. They listened intently and promised it would be corrected. I am an empath, so when I meet someone, I judge them off of the energy they omit, not by their looks, what they say, or even what they do. Someone can say, "No, I'd rather not taste that." or "It's been a pleasure to meet you.", but their energy doesn't match what they're saying. Most people can read body language pretty well, and being empathic is just like that, except on a more invasive level. The problem with body-language reading is, when the person is saying one of the latter statements, their body-language can still match what they are saying because it's a "learned or inherent habit" to match a "No" statement, or "pleased to meet you" statement with certain body expressions and facial expressions. So it would be hard to "read" the lie in their statement. With energy, you can not control what it omits because it flows from your true feelings. Your mouth and face can be in sync, but your energy is off, not in tune with what you're saying or doing. And that's how I read my encounters. I don't do it purposely, it just comes naturally and regarding this woman at The Vapor Place, I received a very cold, detached energy from her. I am a very inquisitive woman, so I ask a lot of questions, she did not appreciate that. She was annoyed with me, impatient, answered me with haste, and inaccurate information, as I later found out. I thought she could be having a bad day, so I didn't take her irritation personally. But I have had other encounters with her and every time I receive the same energy. She tries to be polite with thank you's and please's, but like I said, her energy doesn't match what she's saying and sometimes, neither does her body language or facial expressions. Every other staff member is delightful and impressive. There's even a few super good looking men there which undoubtedly make the experience more pleasant. They always take my machines and service them free of charge if I have ANY issues, they answer every question thoughtfully and thoroughly, and usually carry every weird request I have. If they don't, they offer to find it and order it. I go no where else to get my products, and probably never will. Great job, Vinny. Highly recommended to beginners, veterans, and novelists alike!! Prices are cheaper than any other shop I have visited as well. They carry both brands I love, cloud chemist one of them, and many shops donāt have it. Did I mention their prices are amazing?? Location is so easy to find. Shop is clean and organized and welcoming. Even a bar to sit vape and chill. Go experience it yourself, and tell a friend like I am.
