United States Postal Service — Local services in Grottoes

The postal worker that delivers to the Blackrock Manufacturered Home Park is absolutely garbage and should be fired immediately. They are either lying about delivering packages or they are purposely putting packages in the wrong mailboxes. In the last 2 weeks alone over 6 packages that have been marked as delivered and placed in the residences mailbox have not been delivered! I will be visiting the post office location to raise hell and demand refunds for all of the packages that have mysteriously vanished after being marked as delivered to...

Im sorry for anyone who has to deal with this post office.was on hold for 2 hrs and 4 mins when the call said it be 1hr an 18 min wait just to ask if there was a letter at the post office bc it was never sent out.Rude ass woman kepted tellin me they cant check for have to fill out forms.How hard is it to see if they got it or not.Swear ppl are ignorant n if i they had a problem they would ask same thing too...

I drove 30 miles up to this post office they said they would help me with the passport I drive a tractor trailer I told him I don't get here very often they said they would help I got there at 3:30 p.m. and they said I had to make an appointment it's not what they told me on the phone they told me I could just come on up and it would help...
